Upon successful payment, clients will begin the onboarding process, which includes:

  • Sharing Access: Providing access to their YouTube channel to enable efficient management.
  • Project Management Setup: Being added to a ClickUp portal for streamlined workload management.
  • Communication Tools: Joining a Slack workspace for real-time updates and collaboration.

Services, such as content strategy sessions, channel audits, or monthly management, will commence based on the agreed timeline established during the onboarding process.

Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: Services already delivered, such as content uploads, thumbnail designs, or strategy documents, are non-refundable.
Subscription-Based Services: Refunds for subscription-based services (e.g., monthly channel management) are only available if canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation: Monthly services can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Clients retain access to all work completed during the current cycle.
Cancellation by Social Ignition: Social Ignition reserves the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Violations of terms and conditions.
  • Failure to provide required information or assets.
  • Non-payment for services.

No refunds will be issued for work already delivered in these cases.

To cancel services, clients must contact management before the start of the next billing cycle.
