Consulting Success, led by founder Michael Zipursky, helps established consultants scale from six to seven figures.
They were early to YouTube and had already built a respected brand. After eight years on the platform they had 11,500 subscribers, hundreds of uploads and several breakout videos that still drove views. Before Working With Us
By early 2024 the channel was active but stuck.

Two phase content strategy

- A flagship example. “How to Start a Consulting Business in 2024”. This became the most successful modern video on the channel and still performs as an evergreen asset.
- Phase two . ICP targeted content
- Once momentum returned, we shifted toward deeper topics aimed at established six and seven figure consultants.
- Pricing strategy. scaling problems. client acquisition systems. operational bottlenecks. and the role of AI in consulting.
- These videos often pulled fewer views than broad topics but drove far more qualified leads.
Lead attribution and UTM tracking
We introduced proper tracking so performance was no longer a guess. Each key video received its own UTM tagged link into their CRM. A central sheet now shows exactly which videos generate opt ins and sales opportunities so the team can double down on what works.
Repurposing hooks into other channels
