Content Library Used Across the Business

Videos now power lead magnets, sales assets, ads and program content. turning YouTube into a reusable library, not a one off task.

The Client

Jordan Ross is the founder of 8F Agency, a consultancy that helps agency owners scale their revenue, systems and leadership. He had already proved YouTube could bring attention to his brand, but he wanted the channel to become a serious growth asset, not a side hobby that depended on him managing everything.

Before Working With Us

When we first connected, Jordan already had 1,530 subscribers and 546 videos published. He had a YouTube producer, was posting Shorts and trying to grow. but the results had plateaued.

Content was not clearly aligned with his ICP, topics jumped around, and there was no real system for planning or analytics. The workflow with his producer had broken down. edits were inconsistent, and Jordan was spending too much time managing production instead of running 8F Agency.

On our very first call, he decided to part ways with his existing producer on the spot. He wanted a team that could own the entire channel end to end so he could just record.

After Working With Us

We stepped in as Jordan’s full YouTube growth partner. Apart from recording, our team took responsibility for everything on the channel.

He asked us to force him to review the very first video so we could lock in the visual style and pacing. After that, he stopped reviewing edits entirely. We built internal QA so he could trust the output without micro managing.

Over the next two years, we kept a consistent publishing cadence through live events, launches and life changes. including Jordan welcoming two children. When he needed more flexibility, we shifted between two videos per week in high velocity seasons and one deeper video per week focused on case studies, testimonials and sales content.

What We Delivered

Strategy and positioning

We mapped Jordan’s offers, ICP and sales process into clear content pillars. awareness, authority and conversion. Every video now has a defined job in his funnel.

Pre planning and scripting frameworks

We introduced repeatable briefing and scripting templates so Jordan can sit down, hit record and know exactly what to cover without over preparing.

End to end production

Our team handles editing, motion graphics, music, pacing, thumbnail design and upload optimization for every video, plus Shorts and clips when needed.

Analytics and ongoing iteration

We track performance, review what moves the needle and adjust topics, formats and hooks so the channel keeps compounding over time.

Paid and organic alignment

When 8F Agency hired a YouTube ads partner, we wrote ad scripts, edited VSLs and adapted video structures for conversion so paid and organic worked together rather than in silos.

The Results

Organic growth first

From a base of 1,530 subscribers, the channel grew to 4–5K subscribers organically with a far smaller volume of higher quality videos than the 546 uploads before we started.

Then organic plus paid scale

With strategy and production dialed in, we layered on YouTube ads. Our team supported ad scripts, edits and VSLs, helping push the channel beyond 10K subscribers, then into the 40K+ range as paid and organic fed each other.

YouTube embedded into the business

Jordan now uses his YouTube content everywhere.

  • Inside lead magnets and free trainings
  • As embedded tutorials in his programs
  • As case study explanations on sales pages
  • As ad creatives and remarketing assets
  • As sales enablement links his team can send before or after calls

YouTube is no longer a separate project. it is a library of on brand assets that support revenue across the whole business.

Notable Wins

  • Jordan fired his old producer during our very first call so we could rebuild the channel from a clean slate.
  • He has not needed to review an edit since the first video. our internal QA protects quality and consistency.
  • We maintained weekly publishing while he launched programs, spoke at events and welcomed two children. adjusting cadence without breaking the system.
  • The channel now gives 8F Agency a predictable stream of premium content and authority that compounds year round, instead of an inconsistent set of uploads that Jordan has to manage himself.
